Students who have stopped enrollment for one calendar year will need to update their application to the College to ensure demographic information and program of study are current.

Scholarships 274
40 & 8 Nursing Scholarship

Up to $500 may be awarded for up to 20 eligible Nursing students. Recipients must be admitted to the Nursing program and have completed one term of nursing courses. Awards are competitive with consideration of other financial aid sources. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Must be enrolled full-time or half-time basis. Scholarship will cover tuition and/or books.

Recipient will meet and thank donor in-person at the nursing pinning ceremony graduation. 


A.O. Godwin Law Enforcement Scholarship Endowment

Minimum $250 up to $1,000 per student per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in a program leading to an award, certificate or associate’s degree in law enforcement. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida.

The A.O. Godwin Law Enforcement Scholarship Endowment will cover tuition, fees, and/or books.


Aaron Lee Thomas Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and enrolled on a full-time or half-time basis. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Preference is given to a graduate of the former Woodham High School. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Academic Excellence

AWARD AMOUNT: $1,800 per year
A two year scholarship is awarded by each Academic Department or sponsor who conducts an Academic Excellence competition in their respective academic discipline, i.e. Visual Arts, Physical Sciences, Performing Arts, and Academic Programs. Recipients may be required to major in the academic discipline or topic in which they competed.
 


AFCEA Blue Angels Chapter Scholarship

Award is up to $750 per student. Student must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Must be pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program in a technical major: preferably Computer Science, Electronics, Networking or Telecommunications career aspirations.

The AFCEA Blue Angels Chapter Scholarship may be renewable. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


AFC-PSC Endowed Scholarship

Award amount minimum  is $250 and up to $600 for fall and spring terms. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full-time or part-time in a general program of study leading to an associate’s degree. Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to AFC-PSC members and their immediate family.

The AFC - PSC Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books.


African American Memorial Endowment

Award is up to $1,000 per semester per student. Student must demonstrate a financial need for supplemental funding and have a 2.5 grade point average. He or she must be a United States citizen or resident alien as well as a Northwest Florida resident. Student may be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis. Preference will be given to African American students.

The African American Memorial Endowment Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books.


Alexis Bolin Endowed Scholarship in Honor of Sonia Burchett and Rachel Barshafsky


Up to $1000 per year. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.7 GPA and be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis in a degree seeking or certification program. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Preference will be given to a child of a single parent or a single parent. Student must write a 500-word essay describing educational and life goals and explaining how they will use this education to further themselves and/or their family.

The Alexis Bolin Endowed Schoalrship in honor of Sonia Burchett and Rachel Barshafsky will cover tuition, fees, books and materials required on the syllabus.


Alfred I. duPont Foundation Endowed Scholarship

Award minimum is $500 and is up to $1,000 per student per year as funds allow. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and enroll or be enrolled full-time or half-time in a program of study leading to an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Must be a United States citizen with preference for residents of Northwest Florida.

The Alfred I. duPont Foundation Endowed Scholarship may cover tuition, fees, books, and/or materials required on the syllabus. 

Preference if applicable will be given in the following order: 
  1. Resident citizent of NW Florida
  2. Resident of Florida
  3. Resident citizen of the United States 



Allied Health Student Adopt

Variable gift to new patient care technician program students, awarded to a student from rural (local) area, preferably Century.


American Legion Hanniton Watts Post 193 Scholarship

Award is up to $300 per student per term. Recipient may be enrolled full-time or part-time, with preference given to a minority student.

The American Legion Hanniton Watts Post 193 Scholarship is to be used for tuition, books and/or supplies required by the syllabus.


Ami-Lee Wilder Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Established in 1991 in memory of Ami-Lee Wilder who was a student at PSC at the time of her death. Ami-Lee was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa, thus, the scholarship is awarded preferably to an honor student. Award is up to $1,000 per semester/per student. If criteria is maintained, students can receive subsequent awards in consecutive semesters. Unused funds may be carried over to the next term. Student must be part-time or full-time in an AA, AS, AAS, BS, or BA progroam and must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Student must have completed at least 12 college credit hours.Preference will be given to, but not limited to, members of Phi Theta Kappa, Theta Chi Chatper, and older returning students.

The Ami-Lee Wilder Memorial Scholarship Endowment will cover tuition, fees, and books.


Anna Lamar Switzer Scholarship

Two renewable full-tuition award (up to $1,500) given annually to incoming freshmen for Fall/Spring semesters. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full or part-time as an art major in one of the Visual Art Department’s degree programs (Art Studio, Graphic Design, Multimedia). Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Student must be a graduate of an area high school (Escambia/Santa Rosa counties.) Portfolio of work should contain 10-15 examples of art work, matted or appropriately presented (frames not required), as a sheet of 35mm slides or both.

The Anna Lamar Switzer Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Anniece Addy Brooks Memorial BSN Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $100 to maximum $250 per student. Student must be in need of financial assistance and must be  seeking a nursing degree or certificate. Must have and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Funds may be used for tuition and/or books. A recipient may only be awarded the scholarship one time.


Apple Corps Foundation Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to maximum $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full-time or part-time in a program of study within Health and Health Services pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover registration fees tuition, and/or books.


APWA Emerald Coast Branch Endowed Scholarship

 
Award amount is up to $1,000 per term as funds allow. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Preference will be given to students enrolled in  the following programs:
  • Engineering
  • Accounting
  • Computer Science or,
  • Business
Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.



Aspire Higher Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must be enrolled full-time or part-time in a STEM degree or vocational certificate or Business related degree or vocational certificate. Student must maintain a minimum 2.5 grade point average. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien and resident of Escambia county. Preferrably awarded to African American students.

B. J. Miller Memorial Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to maximum $500 per semester. Funded by West Florida Literary Federation. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Preference will be given to staff members of PSC print publications and students seeking an English AA or Journalism AA. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required on the syllabus.


Baptist Health Care Foundation Nursing Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. This scholarship is established through the generous gifts of the many donors to the Baptist Health Care Foundation including the family and friends of Michael Douglas, Jim Haller, Kate Lytle Liggett, Ryan McGee and Fe White. Students may be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis, with the requirement that the recipient must complete the course study within three calendar years of the date the scholarship is awarded. Students must have and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Student must demonstrate the academic excellence to enroll and successfully complete the RN or BSN program at Pensacola State College. Preference will be given to Baptist Health Care employees or their dependents.

The Baptist Health Care Foundation Nursing Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and material required on the syllabus.


Batson Physical Therapy Assistant Scholarship

A maximum of $750 to each student. Preference will be given to those students who do not have access to other financial aid sources. Must be currently enrolled in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program and hold a minimum 2.5 GPA. No student may receive more than one Batson Scholarship Award. Scholarship covers tuition, fees and/or books.


Bea Grow Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Award amount: $250. To be awarded to a deserving local high school graduate majoring in a discipline that serves humanity; for example, counseling, nursing, medical, social work, etc. The student must have financial need, but not necessarily as determined by federal criteria. The recipient must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and enrolled part-time or full-time. Students may only receive this award once. Scholarship may be used for tuition only.


Betty & Jim Salter Endowed Scholarship

Up to $500 per semester. The recipient must demonstrate a financial need for supplemental funding, have a minimum 2.0 grade point average and be a U.S. citizen or resident alien enrolled full-time or part-time in vocational classes or working toward an A.A. or A.A.S. degree. Student must have completed the GED program at Pensacola Boy’s Base or enrolled as a Dual Enrollment student while at Escambia Boys Base. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


Bobby Depew Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Santa Rosa County. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books.


Brophy-Reigher Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is up to $1,000 per term per student. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in an Allied Health program and/or Teacher Education program of study seeking a degree or certificate. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.

The Brophy-Reigher Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, registration, fees, books, and supplies required by the syllabus.


By His Grace Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in a degree seeking or certificate program. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen. Recipient may receive funds for two years if performance is adequate. Preference will be given to women who are trying to improve their life, women who have a desire to move forward and have shown promise and determination to succeed in a career, women who demonstrate need for the educational support and tools to persevere in a chosen career, and members of Olive Baptist Church and/or graduates of a program of improvement such as Charis House.

The By His Grace Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books, and supplies required by the syllabus.


Cantonment Rotary Club Culinary Endowed Scholarship

Award is up to $500 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled in the Culinary program full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Recipients must attend the Cantonment Rotary Club Annual Scholarship award event. This event is usually held in November. Students must attend the event prior to receiving the Cantonment Rotary Club Rotary Club Scholarship.

Scholarship may cover tuition, fees, and books.

 


Cantonment Rotary Club Ike & Carolyn (Hicks) Terry Music Endowed Scholarship

Award is up to $1,000 each for two students per term. Student must enroll or be enrolled in a music program full-time or half-time. Student must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida or South Alabama. Recipient must attend the Cantonment Rotary Club Annual Scholarship Award event. Two scholarship recipients will be expected to perform at this luncheon. The scholarship event is typically held in April.

The Cantonment Rotary Club Ike & Carolyn (Hicks) Terry Music Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and books. 
 


Cantonment Rotary Club Legal Assistant Endowed Scholarship

Award is up to $500 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled in Paralegal Studies Program full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States Citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Recipient must attend the Cantonment Rotary Club Annual Scholarship Award event. The scholarship event is typically held in April. 

The Cantonment Rotary Club Legal Assistant Endowed Schoalrship will cover tuition, fees, and books. 
 


Cantonment Rotary Club Ted Ciano Vocational Endowed Scholarship

Award is up to $1,500 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Must enroll or be enrolled in the Engineering Tech Vocational program (Manufacturing Design & Fabrication program) on a full-time or half-time basis. Recipient(s) must attend the Cantonment Rotary Club annual scholarship award luncheon event in April.The donor relations manager of the Foundation office will notify/invite the recipients and attend as well.

The Cantonment Rotary Club Ted Ciano Vocational Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and books. 


Cantonment Rotary Club Vocational I Student Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,500 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Student must enroll or be enrolled full-time or half-time in a vocational program of study. Recipient(s) must attend the Cantonment Rotary Club Annual Scholarship Award luncheon held in April.

The Cantonment Rotary Club Vocational I Student Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


Cantonment Rotary Club Vocational II Student Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Student must enroll or be enrolled full-time or half-time in a vocational program of study. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books. Recipient(s) must attend the Cantonment Rotary Club Annual Scholarship Award luncheon held in April. Preference is given to students with disabilities.


Capital Trust Agency IMO Lane Gilchrist

Award is up to $1,500 per year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be in good academic standing with PSC or have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Escambia or Santa Rosa County.

The Capital Trust Agency IMO Lane Gilchrist Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required by the syllabus.


Capital Trust Agency Scholarship Fund

Variable award amounts. Student must be a U.S. Armed Forces Veteran and demonstrate financial need. Veteran must have been discharged with an Honorable Discharge. Must enroll or be enrolled full-time in program of study leading to an AA, AS, AAS certificate program, awards program, BAS, or BSN. Must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 in high school or a 2.5 in college. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a FL resident of Escambia or Santa Rosa County; or, an AL resident of Mobile or Baldwin County. The scholarship is renewable as long as criteria are met; applicants must reapply each year.

The Capital Trust Agency Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or supplies required by the syllabus.

A short bio of each scholarship recipient must be submitted for presentation to the board of the Capital Trust Agency.


Carolyn Denise Carter Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is $500 per term. Recipients will be chosen by considering the following:
  1. First, the extent of the applicant’s commitment to a career in the visual arts
  2. Second, demonstrated ability by academic achievement and/or portfolio review
  3. Third, lack of financial support which would prevent the applicant from continuing art studies or would impose a severe economic hardship on the applicant.
Preference will be given to a female. Scholarship is for tuition only. 


Cas and Anne Dunlap Endowed Scholarship

Variable amounts awarded. Student must demonstrate financial need and have a score below the minimum level on the College Placement Test, therefore requiring college preparatory classes in Writing I and II or Reading I and II. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien and may be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and materials required on the syllabus.


Casey Lee Brown Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per student per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled on full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Celestine Carroll Scholarship

Award is up to $1,500 for one year. Selection will be based on (1/3) academics, (1/3) demonstrated leadership, and (1/3) on need for financial assistance. Must have a high school GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) for subjects acceptable for credit towards a diploma. Must demonstrate leadership in extracurricular activities such as athletics, school or church clubs, community service, and other similar endeavors. Eligibility Criteria to continue on scholarship within awarded academic year: A. Student must maintain a 2.0 after award of scholarship. B. Minimum of 12 semester hours credit completed per term (fall and spring). All course work for which the recipient is enrolled must be completed and grades received by the end of the regular examination period for each semester.


Chadbourne Foundation Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need. Awarded to a deserving student enrolled in A.S., A.A., Vocational, Technical, BAS or BSN programs at Pensacola State. The eligible student must have and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Student must be a resident of Escambia County or Santa Rosa County. Funds available may be used for tuition, fees, books and/or supplies required by the syllabus.

2+2 PSC/UWF Scholarship: Escambia or Santa Rosa counties (Florida) that have been recipients of a Chadbourne Foundation Scholarship at Pensacola State College (PSC) may receive a Chadbourne Foundation Scholarship for UWF upper level undergraduate (full-time or part-time) courses. In order to be eligible, PSC Chadbourne Scholarship recipients must meet the UWF Admissions requirements and be admitted to UWF and have maintained a 2.5 GPA at PSC, and must maintain a 2.5 GPA while at UWF to be considered for renewal.


Charles & Mercedes Keller Endowed Scholarship

Amount awarded is a minimum of $250 and up to $1,000 per student per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled on a full-time basis in a program leading to an award, certificate or associate’s degree. Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U. S. citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to an Escambia High School graduate.

The Charles & Mercedes Keller Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition fees and/or books.


Charles M. Hardin Memorial Endowment

$250 awarded to one student in the fall and spring. Applicant must have and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and be enrolled 12 credit hours each term as a music major. Applicant must be involved in the PSC Wind and Jazz Ensembles at Pensacola State. Applicant must distinguish him/herself in jazz through performances in: their high school jazz program, the Northwest Florida High School Jazz Ensemble sponsored by PSC or the PSC Jazz Ensemble.

The Charles M. Hardin Memorial Endowment Scholarship covers tuition, fees and/or books.


Charlie Clary Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per semester per student. Scholarship is renewable if students remains in good academic standing. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be a Florida resident. Preference is given to students majoring in Drafting and Design Technology. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books


Chester Miller Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Escambia/Santa Rosa/Okaloosa Counties. Preference given to youth who have come from Foster homes or alternative school environments. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books.


Children's Services Center; Sielski Memorial Scholarship

Two $400 scholarships in fall semester and three $400 scholarships in spring. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time having completed two semesters of study in a program of study leading to an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a child development associate certificate (CDA). Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Each applicant must submit a 250 word essay describing the importance of early childhood education as well as their career plans for involvement in the field and/or current experience working in the field. Scholarship may be used for tuition, course fees and/or books.


Cindy Norton Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Award minimum is $250 and the award maximum is $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and resident of Milton, FL. Student must enroll or be enrolled part-time or full-time in General Studies leading to an associate degree.

The Cindy Norton Memorial Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Coastal Plains Chapter AWMA Scholarship

Up to $800 per year or a variable amount for partial awards as needed. Available to a first or second year student studying environmental science or physical science. Must provide proof of their high school and college GPAs. The applicant must provide three letters of recommendation. (No letters will be allowed from the members of the selection committee.) In addition, they shall provide a 500-word paper on their personal and professional goals. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, and books.


Cody Brown Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $500 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Preference will be given to graduates of J.M. Tate High School. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Colonel Wayne O. Jefferson Memorial Endowment

Minimum $250 per student per semester. Eligible student must have and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA and be seeking an A.S. or A.A. in Natural Resource Conservation, Environmental Studies, Agricultural Science or Forestry on a full-time or part-time basis. Must demonstrate financial need. Must live within a 250-mile radius of Pensacola State College. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, books or supplies.


Culinary & Hospitality Management Scholarship

Curt Spiegelhalter Scholarship

Award amount is $450 per term. Awarded to a deserving student with good character enrolled full-time or part-time. Preference is a minimum 2.5 GPA, but intent and attitude supersede grades. Scholarship may be used for tuition, books, fees and/or syllabus required supplies.


D. W. McMillan Nursing Endowed Scholarship

Award is up to $1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time in a nursing program. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must live in Escambia County in either Florida or Alabama.

The D.W. McMillan Nursing Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or materials required on the syllabus.


Dean, Milton Campus

The Dean, Milton Campus Scholarship is awarded for one term at a time and is designed primarily for students in need of financial assistance. Students can be enrolled on a full or part-time basis. Amount of award varies. Selection is determined by the Dean, Milton Campus, based on recommendations from faculty, staff, and members of the community.

Debby Dubay Reading Endowed Scholarship


Student must demonstrate financial need or must have placed below the minimum level on the College Placement Test and therefore be required to take college preparatory reading classes or vocational preparatory reading classes. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and be enrolled full-time or part-time seeking a degree or certificate.

The Debby Dubay Reading Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and materials required on the syllabus.


 


Delta Kappa Alpha Fraternity Alumni Scholarship

Award amount is variable with a minimum of $500. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be United States citizen or resident alien. Recipients may receive funds for up to two years if pursuing an associate degree or up to four years if pursuing a bachelor's degree (as funding permits).

The Delta Kappa Alpha Fraternity Alumni Scholarship may cover tuition, fees, books, or materials required by syllabi.


Dental Assisting Scholarship

Variable amounts awarded. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled part-time or full-time in program of study leading to an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Preference is given to students studying in the dental field. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover emergency tuition, registration fees and/or books/supplies as syllabus states.


Diagnostic Medical Sonography Scholarship

Award amount is up to $1,000 per term, as funds allow. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time in the PSC Sonography program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.

The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition and/or books.


Disciples In Christ Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition fees and/or books.


Don Gumpert Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1200 per term per student. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. Preference is given to a student pursuing a jazz musical degree. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Dr. & Mrs. Fenner McConnell Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,500 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to a student in a health related program. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Dr. Douglas C. Morris Nursing Scholarship

Up to $2,500 maximum per term for 2 students. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full-time in the registered nursing program. Student must demonstrate the academic excellence to enroll and successfully complete the two-year degree nursing program. Must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 and pass all nursing and co-requisite courses per term for progression in the program. Scholarship is renewable per term with priority as long as criteria are met up to the completion of the RN program. BSN Awards: Scholarship is renewable per term for past Dr. Douglas C. Morris Nursing scholarship recipients only who choose to continue at Pensacola State in the BSN program.


Dr. G.B. Tamburello Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $825 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and a Northwest Florida resident. Preference will be given to military personnel or military dependents. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


Dr. Garrett T. Wiggins 'Live Your Dream' Scholarship

Award is up to $1,500 maximum for the year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time. Must be in good academic standing with PSC or have a minimum 2.0 GPA upon entering. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and live in Escambia or Santa Rosa counties. Preference given to African American students.

The Dr. Garrett T. Wiggins 'Live Your Dream' Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Dr. Iris Hernandez Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Up to $350 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Preference given to students taking Spanish I or Spanish II. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


Dr. James E. Grant Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable as funds allow. Student must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum grade point average of 2.0. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Student must have graduated from Pensacola Collegiate High School or enrolled/graduated from the PSC Adult Education Program. The Pensacola Collegiate High School Program is no longer offered at Pensacola State College. 

The Dr. James E. Grant Endowed Scholarship may cover tuition, fees, books, and materials required on the syllabus with emphasis on books and syllabus-required materials.


Dr. John R. Brayton Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $900 per term. Student will be considered on the basis of academic merit and/or demonstrate financial need. Student must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and a Northwest Florida resident, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time and must maintain standards of academic progress in order to maintain the scholarship for the full two-year program. Preference should be given to a LPN nursing student who demonstrates the academic excellence to enroll and successfully complete the two-year degree nursing program. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and books.


Dr. Joseph & Theresa M. Dennie Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time and have completed one term in the program. Preference is given to a student in the Allied Health Department. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Dr. Joseph R. John Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $900 per term. Student will be considered on the basis of academic merit and/or demonstrate financial need. Must be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and books. Recipient must maintain standards of academic progress in order to remain on the scholarship for the full two-year program. Preference should be given to a LPN nursing student who demonstrates the academic excellence to enroll and successfully complete the two-year degree nursing program.


Dr. June Killinger Ramsey Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be enrolled full-time or part-time in STEM courses. Must be a United States Citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will pay for tuition, fees, books, and/or supplies required by syllabi.


Dr. Lawrence Worley Tyree Endowed Scholarship

Awards are variable,up to $500 maximum per semester. Students must demonstrate financial need and be in good standing at Pensacola State College. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time and have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Must be a graduate of J.M. Tate High School. Recipient is required to have a meeting with the donor in-person or via Zoom.

Dr. Raymond Wolf Scholarship Fund

One award per year in the amount of $400. Student must demonstrate a financial need for supplemental funding. Student must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Student may be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books. Preference will be given to students majoring in English or the Humanities.


Dr. Sueann L. Donahue Beginning Teacher Scholarship

Award amount is variable up to a maximum of $750 as funds allow. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time in Elementary Education AA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien.

The Dr. Sueann L. Donahue Beginning Teacher Scholarship may cover tuition, fees, books, and/or supplies required by the syllabi.


Dr. William P. & Roberta Hixon Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to maximum $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full-time or part-time in a health-related program of study leading to an associate’s degree, certificate or award. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Dr. William T. Brantley Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Student must be taking a class in the physical sciences. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required by the syllabus.


Dream Makers Scholarship

A minimum $250. Student must demonstrate a financial need for supplemental funding, have a minimum 2.5 grade point average and be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Student must enroll or be enrolled half-time or full-time in a program of study leading to an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Student must be a first-generation college student. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Drs. Mary Ellen & William Spears Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship goes to deserving sophomore student who has completed at least 30 credit hours. Must have minimum 3.0 GPA and be enrolled in one of the following fields: physical science, biological science, math, computer science, or psychology. Must indicate their plans to pursue at least a bachelor’s degree. Must be a U. S. citizen.

The Drs. Mary Ellen & William Spears Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books required by course syllabi.


Earl Hutto Foundation Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $600 per term to one student per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. First preference will be given to a student in the nursing program. Second preference will be given to a student in a health-related program. Donor requests a thank-you note from recipient. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books and materials required on the syllabus.


Early Learning Coalition of Escambia County Scholarship

Variable amounts awarded. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and must submit documentation of employment of a minimum 20 hours per week in a licensed, registered or religious-exempt Early Childhood Center or VPK program in Escambia County. Student must submit a transcript of completion of 40-hour state-mandated classes (including examination results) from DCF as well as a letter of recommendation from employer/supervisor. Scholarship will cover tuition for one class plus books per semester.


Early Learning Coalition of Santa Rosa County Scholarship

Variable award amounts. Student must demonstrate financial need. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien and must submit documentation of employment of a minimum of 20 hours per week in the field of early childhood. Student must submit a transcript of completion of 40 hour state mandated classes (including examination results) from DCF and a letter of recommendation from employer/supervisor. Scholarship will cover tuition for one class plus $50 towards books per semester.


Edward Meadows Meritorious Endowment

Award amount if variable. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time in an AA, AS, or BAS/BSN program and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Recipients must be involved in student life by participating in student activities and/or joining college clubs. Students may receive an award (as funds allow) during each term of enrollment until the completion of a program if continually enrolled.

Preference given to STEM, health sciences, or nursing majors.

The Edward Meadows Meritorious Endowment Scholarship may be used to pay tuition, fees, books, and/or materials required by the syllabus. 


Edward Wilson Turner Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in a program of study leading to an associate’s degree (AA, AS, AAS) or a certificate. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


Eileen F. Wade Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $200 for one student for fall term. Scholarship goes to a deserving student enrolled part-time or full-time in Art or Art Education. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students may use available funds for tuition, fees, and books or supplies.


Eldon L. Norman Memorial Endowed Scholarship


Up to $500 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.

Eleanor K. Appleyard Culinary Arts Scholarship

Award amount variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled in the Culinary Arts program full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, books and materials required on the syllabus.


Elizabeth Pruehsner Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 3.5 GPA in classes specific to transfer to UF Milton Campus after one year of college courses and exhibit demonstrated competency. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time in a PSC horticulture degree program. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Student must submit a written statement about career intentions in horticulture.

The Elizabeth Pruehsner Memorial Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or supplies listed on syllabus.


Endowed Culinary/Hospitality Management Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time in a Culinary/Hospitality program. Student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien.

The Endowed Culinary/Hospitality Management Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books. 



Escambia County Master Gardeners Association

$200 per student per term. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. Must enroll or be enrolled part-time or full-time in Horticultural Studies, pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Escambia County Medical Auxiliary Endowed Scholarship

Maximum award amount is $500. Will be awarded to a resident of either Escambia or Santa Rosa County who has successfully completed one semester at an accredited school of higher learning and earned a minimum 2.5 GPA. Recipient must be accepted, or be successfully pursuing training in a PSC medical health program and enrolled part-time or full-time.

The Escambia County Medical Auxiliary Endowed Scholarhip may be used for tuition, fees, and books.


Escambia County Teen Court Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,200 per student. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time, working toward an AA degree, AS degree, AAS degree, or vocational certificate. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA to receive and renew scholarship. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to a Teen Court Volunteer or a Teen Court participant. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Esca-Rosa Dental Auxiliary

Minimum $200 up to $250 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time in a dental hygiene or dental assisting program. Must have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Must be a U.S citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books or supplies required on syllabus.


EscaRosa Dental Society Scholarship

$500 per term. This scholarship is awarded to students demonstrating financial need pursuing dental hygiene, dental assisting or dental lab technician with at least 12 credit hours completed in the program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference will be given in the following order: Escambia and Santa Rosa County residents; Northwest Florida residents; Florida residents. Scholarship will cover registrations fees and/or books/supplies as syllabus states.


Evelyn M. Katz Scholarship Fund

One award in the amount of $2,500 annually. Student must have financial need and be a degree-seeking student in the AS and/or BSN Nursing program. Student must maintain a 2.0 GPA. Awards can cover tuition, fees, books or materials as required by the nursing program course syllabus.
 


Facial and Massage Programs Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate a financial need. Student must have a minimum 2.0 grade point average and must be enrolled full-time or part-time. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Must be seeking a certificate in Facials Specialty or Massage Therapy. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or supplies required by the syllabus.


First United Methodist Church of Bay Minette Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate a financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and may be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be a United States citizen. Scholarship can be used to cover tuition, fees, books and/or supplies as required by course syllabi. Preference will be given to Baldwin County, AL residents.


Florida Blue Allied Health Scholarship

Maximum of $1,000 per student per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full- or part-time in one of the designated Nursing, Allied Health, or Dental & Emergency Services programs that are considered Allied Health programs. A copy of the student’s completed FAFSA (federal aid application) form must be attached to the Foundation Scholarship Application. Student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and must be a Florida resident and a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Student must consent for name to be published. Scholarship will cover tuition, books, fees and materials required on the syllabus.


Florida Blue Nursing Scholarship

Maximum of $1,000 per student per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full- or part-time in one of the designated Nursing, Allied Health, or Dental & Emergency Services programs that are considered Allied Health programs. Student must have completed FASFA application. Student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and must be a Florida resident and a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Student must consent for name to be published.

The Florida Blue Nursing Scholarship will cover tuition, books, fees and materials required on the syllabus.


Florida Engineering Society (FES) Scholarship in Honor of Dr. Joseph M. Zayas

Up to $750.00 awarded to two students annually. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time with preference given to full-time students Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to students with an interest in engineering or members of the FES Student Chapter. 

The Florida Engineering Society (FES) Scholarship in Honor of Dr. Josephy M. Zayas will cover tuition, fees and books.


Florida Theatrical Association Scholarship

Up to $1,000 maximum for the year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time. Must be in good academic standing at PSC or have a minimum 3.0 GPA upon entering. He or she must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and live in Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Folkers Window Company Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $500 up to maximum $1,000 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Student must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to students enrolled in the Building Technology Program.

The Folkers Window Company Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Frances & Yancey Chewning Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $1,000 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time in an AS, AA or certificate program. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Escambia County. Preference for Escambia High School graduating seniors. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books


Freddie M. Washington & Dr. Joyce Hopson Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $300 up to $500 per semester. Recipients must demonstrate financial need be enrolled full-time seeking a degree in the field of education. Student must write a 500 word essay stating their opinions on: a) Why the field of education is so important to them. OR b) Why the college degree is so important in the world today. Recipient shall be able to satisfy the selecting body of their capability and intent to maintain at least a 2.5 grade point average. Funds may be used for tuition and/or books.


Friends of the Gardens of NWFL

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time in the AA, AS or 2+2 program studying horticulture. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


G. Rowe Austraw Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Up to $1,000 awarded. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida and be a dependent /family member of a law enforcement officer with preference given to dependents or family members of officers killed in the line of duty. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Garrett Matson Johnson Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled in the cosmetology or barbaring program on a full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Gary A. DeLapp Endowed Alumni Scholarship

Award amount is variable with a minimum of $500 up to a maximum of $2,500 per student. Must have a minumum 2.0 GPA and be enrolled full-time or part-time in the Hospitality Management, General AA, or Business Management program. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Recipient must attend a meeting with the donor. 

The Gary A. DeLapp Endowed Alumni Scholarship can be used for tuition, fees, books, and/or materials required by the syllabi.

Minimum of $500 annually. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Preference is given to First Generation students. Scholarship may cover tuition, books, and supplies required by the syllabus.


Gray Wright Waldorf Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to maximum $1,000 per student per year. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and enrolled full-time or part-time in a field related to biology. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Three character references required, preferably from a teacher, church leader, employer or neighbor. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books.


Greater Pensacola Area Antique Dealers Scholarship

$1,000 per year awarded to one student per year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. First consideration given to an education major. Scholarship may be used for tuition, books and fees.


Gretchen Squires Scholarship Endowment

Two scholarships of up to $300 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be a sophomore enrolled part-time or full-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Scholarship may be used for tuition, books, and/or fees.


Gulf Breeze Arts, Inc. Endowed Scholarship

Minimum award amount is $200 and up to $1,000 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be in good academic standing and be a U.S. citizen. Preference is given to student majoring in Visual Arts.

The Gulf Breeze Arts, Inc. Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Gulf Breeze Hospital Employee Foundation Scholarship

Up to $300 per term per student. Full-time or part-time student must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Escambia or Santa Rosa County. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Preference given to Gulf Breeze Hospital employees and their dependents. Gulf Breeze Hospital employee/dependent applicants must submit a letter of employment verification/approval with their application. Employees must have completed a 90-day probation period and have a good work record. Scholarship may be used for tuition, books, and/or lab fees.


Gulf Breeze Optimist Club Scholarship Endowment

Minimum $250 up to $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full-time or part-time pursuing an associate degree, certificate or award. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and live in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to Gulf Breeze High graduates. Gulf Breeze Rotary Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled or enroll full-time with at least 12 credit hours. Must have and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a Florida resident with preference given to a Gulf Breeze resident. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or materials required on the syllabus.


Gulf Coast Blue Grass Music Association Scholarship

Up to $500 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to a graduate of Milton High School. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Gulf Power Foundation Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen and a resident of Northwest Florida. Must be a first generation student. Preference will be given to a student in a STEM related field of study that leads to a certificate or degree. Funds can be used for tuition, fees, and books.


H.O.P.E. for Students Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per student per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. resident or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference is given to students who are working as well as going to school. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Harvey Rundquist Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time majoring in Visual Arts. Student must in good academic standing. Student must be a United States citizen. Scholarship will cover tuition and/or books.


Health Science Scholarship

Up to maximum of $500. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time in a health-related program. Student must have and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a US citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Helios Education Foundation Now Not Tomorrow Fall Enrollment Scholarship

Recipients must be 2020 or 2021 first time in college recent high school graduates and enrolled full-time or part-time. Students must also be pursing an AA or AS degree. 

The Now Not Tomorrow Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and books. 


 


Herring, Williams, Warrington Methodist Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time or half-time in a program leading to a degree. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Student must provide a letter of recommendation from his or her pastor. Preference will be given to a member of Warrington United Methodist Church. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Hill Memorial Endowment

Award amount: $250. Awarded to a deserving student who is a graduate of Central High School. Scholarship covers fees, tuition and/or books.


Hispanic Action Society Scholarship

Two students awarded $400. Student must demonstrate financial need an be enrolled full-time. Must have and maintain a 2.5 GPA. Must be a resident of Escambia or Santa Rosa County. Preference given to students of Hispanic or direct Hispanic descendent.

The Hispanic Action Society Scholarship may be used for tuition, books, and/or lab fees.


Hospitality Round Table Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $500 awarded for the Spring term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in the Hospitality Management program or Culinary Management Program with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to a second-year student. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration, fees, and/or books.


Instrument Society of America Endowment

Award amount $250 up to a maximum of $1,000 to at least one student annually. Student must demonstrate need for supplemental funding, have a 2.5 grade point average, be a U.S. citizen or resident alien enrolled in classes utilizing either Instrument Electronics or Measurement and Control with preference given to a full-time student. Preference will be given to current members of the affiliated student society of Instrument Society of America and residents of Northwest Florida or Southeastern Alabama. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


IT Gulf Coast Scholarship

Award amount variable. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a U.S. citizen or resident alien enrolled full-time or part-time in computer science technology. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


J. D. Carroll Scholarship

Minimum of $250 up to maximum $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and must enroll or be enrolled full-time or half-time in program of study pursuing an associate's degree, certificate, or an award program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida.

The J.D. Carroll Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Jacob Horton Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Award amount: $200. Student must be majoring in business and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.

The Jacob Horton Memorial Scholarship Endowment may be used for tuition, books and fees.


Jane C. Noonan Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per semester, per student. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full-time or half-time in a program of study with an economic development emphasis such as business, accounting, office systems or legal assisting. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Jay Young Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $ 250 per term up to $500 per year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Recipient should be a Pine Forest High School graduate; however, if no Pine Forest graduate qualifies, then the award goes to the most qualified student at the discretion of the awarding officer. Preference will be given to music students.

The Jay Young Memorial Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Joe and Betty Zimmers Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Must be enrolled full-time in a Performing Arts program and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.

The Joe and Betty Zimmers Endowed Scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, books, and/or materials required by syllabi.


John Ryan Peacock Memorial Scholarship

$1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Must be enrolled full-time in a program of study leading to an associate’s degree. Student may be speech or hearing impaired. However, students without a speech or hearing impairment may be eligible for the scholarship provided they are pursuing an associate’s degree which would prepare them to teach or work in the field of speech or hearing. Scholarship may be used for registration fees, tuition and/or books.


Jonathan Ross "J.R." Spears Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $500 per semester for two semesters. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Escambia County. Preference will be given to a J.M. Tate High School graduate. Student must write a 200-word essay, entitled “What America Means to Me.” Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Juanita Little Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Variable amount awarded. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in the nursing program. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants must submit an essay, length of their choice, explaining, “Why I should be awarded the Juanita Little Memorial Endowed Nursing Scholarship.” Preference will be given to mature students showing the initiative needed to complete the program or to an LPN coming back for their RN. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Julie Krause Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $400 awarded fall and spring terms. Recipient must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a part-time or full-time student majoring in visual or performing arts. Scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, books and supplies.


Junior League "Women Helping Women" Endowment

Up to $750.00 per year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Santa Rosa or Escambia County. Preference will be given to students who are single female parents or displaced homemakers. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Karen Majewski Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Maximum $1,000 per student. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA (consideration will be given for lower averages in cases of extreme need). Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Preference will be given to residents of Northwest Florida and Dental Hygiene students. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Kathy Beasley Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Scholarship amount varies. To be awarded to a deserving print media student who is a second-term sophomore. Scholarship covers fees, tuition and/or books.


Katie Barrineau Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to maximum $1,200, renewable as funds allow. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and enroll or be enrolled in a health program. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Katie Lee Sullivan Memorial Scholarship

Award amount: $200. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


Kevon Moran Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $200 up to $800 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and enroll or be enrolled full-time or part-time in the Paramedic program, pursuing a certificate. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Leadership Pensacola Endowed Scholarship

Award amount: variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled on a full-time or part-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien with demonstrated leadership qualities in high school or in the community. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Leadership Santa Rosa Endowment

Up to $1,000 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Santa Rosa County. Must be enrolled full-time or half-time with demonstrated leadership qualities in high school or in the community. Preference will be given but not limited to candidates who are family members of past Santa Rosa County Leadership groups or chamber members. Scholarship covers fees, tuition and/or books.


Leif Erickson Memorial Endowment

Award amount variable. Award goes to a second-year drama student for outstanding accomplishment.

Les Duell Memorial Endowment

Minimum $250 up to $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in a Computer Science program, preferably on the Warrington campus, leading to an award, certificate or associate’s degree. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition fees and/or books.


Leslie Jennings Preer Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $500 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books.


Lewis Bear Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $825 per term. Full-time student must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA or have a 2.5 as an incoming freshman. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida or South Alabama. Preference will be given to Lewis Bear Company employee dependents.

The Lewis Bear Endowed Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition and/or books.


Lou Scott Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Variable amount awarded. Scholarship goes to a deserving student in the LPN program. Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition and/or books.


M.P. Brown Endowed Scholarship in Photography

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled in the Visual Arts program. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or materials required by the photography course syllabus. Applicants who are First Generation students will be given first consideration.


M.P. Brown Veterinary Technology Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or materials required by the Veterinary Tech program.


Mabel Shepard Nursing Endowed Scholarship

Up to $500 per term. Student will be considered on academic merit and/or demonstrate financial need. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be enrolled part-time or full-time. Scholarship, awarded in the fall or spring, will go to a sophomore in the nursing program. Recipient should show academic progress in order to receive additional monies and is encouraged to demonstrate leadership. Scholarship can be applied to tuition, fees, and books.


Malcolm and Ella Odom & Ora Edmunds Opportunity Scholarship

Award amount is variable. May be awarded annually or on an “as need basis” to current and former Santa Rosa County students from the following schools: Milton High School, Pace High School, Jay High School, Central School, Locklin Tech, future high schools north of Milton High School and/or attended a private school in the approved geographical area described. 

Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled full-time or part-time in one of the following degree programs at PSC or a PSC graduate continuing at UF/IFAS: Agriculture (Agriculture Science Biology), Agriscience (Natural Resource Conservation, Horticulture Science, Environmental Science), Food and Nutrition, Culinary Arts (Culinary Programs including Culinary Arts or Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Event Planning Management, Food and Beverage Management), current and/or future CALS (College of Agriculture and Life Science) programs offered at UF/IFAS Milton Campus, and/or other related program and fields. Courses in these programs may be taken at either Pensacola State College or the University of Florida/IFAS Milton Campus under CALS.

Students must complete all prerequisites and an Associate of Arts at Pensacola State College. If they choose to pursue a Bachelor degree, students must continue attending at Pensacola State if the designated Bachelor degree is available. Otherwise, students have the option of continuing to utilize these funds while pursuing their Bachelor degree at the University of Florida/IFAS Milton Campus.

Students must be of impeccable character demonstrated by volunteer service and proactiveness in community, school, and/or extracurricular activities, particularly those devoted to the Milton Campus involving Agriculture, Natural Resource Conservation, and/or Agronomy.

Margaret Albrecht Math Science Scholarship

Between $250 and $600 per term as funds allow. Student must demonstrate a financial need for supplemental funding, have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 and be a United States citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program full-time. Preference is given to a student majoring in math or science. Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition and/or books.


Margaret Moore Nickelsen Endowed Scholarship

Each award is $500. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time in a health related program, having completed at least one term. Must be a resident of Escambia or Santa Rosa County. Must have an overall minimum 2.5 GPA. Scholarship may be used Fall or Spring term. Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition and/or books.


Marjan Mazza Business and Management Endowed Scholarship


Award amount is variable. Student must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis in the Marjan Mazza Bachelor Degree Program in Business and Management. Student must be a United States citizen. Scholarship may be used to cover the cost of tuition. Eligible applicants must participate in an interview by committee. Priority will be given to first time applicants who meet eligibility requirements.
 
 


Mark Price Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $250 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time in an art related program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or supplies as required by course syllabus.


Martha Parkin Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $1,000 per term for two years. Student will be considered based on academic merit and/or financial need. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time basis in PSC’s RN program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and must maintain standards of academic progress in order to keep scholarship for the full two-year program. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and materials required on the syllabus.


Mary Ekdahl Smart Endowed Scholarship

Up to $2,500 per student per academic year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time in a health-related program. Recipient must maintain standards of academic progress in order to receive additional scholarship money. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and have a minimum 2.0 GPA.

The Mary Ekdahl Smart Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and syllabus-required supplies.


Mary Jane Elizabeth C. McCort Memorial Endowment

Up to $500 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to women returning to college. Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition and/or books.


Maurice Bartholomew Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per student per semester. Preference given to academically promising students with demonstrated financial need or to students who show exceptional academic promise. Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA – renewable if 2.5 average GPA is maintained – and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference is given to students who are dependents of a Florida firefighter and top priority is given to dependents of fallen firefighters when possible. Dependents of retired firefighters are eligible as well. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books.


McDonald's Hospitality Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $200 up to $1,000 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be in good academic standing. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Preference is given to a high school senior entering PSC as a freshman. Preference is given to a student who is currently employed, (average 20 hours per week) in the hospitality industry. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


McKinnon Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Award amount varies. Scholarship will be awarded to a deserving, disabled student enrolled part-time or full-time in need of assistance. Funds may be used for tuition only.


McMahon Endowment

Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time. Student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen. The McMahon Endowment Scholarship may be used for fees, tuition and/or books.

Medical Education Technology Scholarship

Award amount may cover tuition only for a maximum of three credits. To be awarded to an EMT or paramedic student with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Student must have no other assistance from financial aid due to the length of the EMT program. Must have completed one term successfully. Funds may be used for fees, tuition and/or books.


Michael S. Taylor Endowed Education Scholarship

Minimum $500 per year. Student must demonstrate financial need, be in good academic standing, and be enrolled part-time or full-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Escambia or Santa Rosa County. Preference will be given to previous recipients. Scholarship is renewable if criteria are maintained. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Michael V. Harrell Scholarship

Minimum award of $500.00 up to a maximum of $2,500.00. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time in Hospitality Management or Culinary Management and maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA. *Recipients will be invited to meet the family of Michael V. Harrell during the Fall semester.

The Michael V. Harrell Scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, books, and/or materials required by syllabi. 



Miller Veterinary Technology Endowed Scholarship

Two scholarships in the amount of $600 each awarded per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and must enroll or be enrolled in the Veterinary Technology A.S. degree program. Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA in high school or college credit courses. Must participate in some animal-related extra-curricular activity. Scholarship will cover tuition/fees, books and/or supplies required by the syllabus.


Milton Optimist Club Endowed Scholarship

Up to $500 per semester. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA enrolled full-time or part-time.. Student must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference is given to students who attended Milton High School, Central High School or Jay High School. Preference for those students who show academic promise and have demonstrated financial need, or who show exceptional academic promise.

The Milton Optimist Club Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books.


MJ Menge Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Award amount variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Recipient should possess leadership qualities as demonstrated in high school or in the community and demonstrate a commitment to community service. Preference will be given to a first-generation college student. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


Molly McGuire Culinary Arts Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable up to a maximum of $1,000.00 per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in the Culinary Management Associate in Science or Culinary Arts Technical program. Student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Recipient(s) may receive funds for up to two years if pursuing a certificate or associate degree. Preference is given to employees and dependents of employees of McGuire Management Group. Scholarship may cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required by the syllabi. 


Monsanto-Solutia Retirees Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must be enrolled full-time or part-time and maintain a minimun 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Preference given to: 1. Students with a connection to Monsanto, Solutia, or Ascend. 2. Employees of Ascend enrolled in a program to enhance job skills. 3. Student enrolled in a health care program. 4. Students enrolled in chemical engineering. 


Moore, Hill & Westmoreland Paralegal Studies Scholarship

Minimum of $250 per term. Recipient should be enrolled part-time or full-time in the Paralegal Studies program and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.

Nathan Michael Melton Memorial Scholarship

$250 each semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Preference will be given to male residents of Santa Rosa County. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required by the syllabus.


Navarre Garden Club Scholarship

Award amounts variable. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA while enrolled part-time or full-time in the horticulture program. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Preference given to a resident of Santa Rosa County. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Navy Federal Credit Union Scholarship


Four $1,000 scholarships awarded per year. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and must be active duty military, a veteran, or a military dependent (sons, daughters, or spouses). Must be enrolled full-time or part-time in a degree or certificate program and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Scholarship recipient must be a Navy Federal Credit Union members for at least 3 years.




Newcomers Club Endowed Scholarship

Award amount variable up to maximum $250 per student. Available to a single parent/displaced homemaker returning to college to better their economic status. Applicants must have completed one semester at an institution of higher learning with a minimum 2.5 GPA.

The Newcomers Club Endowed Scholarship may be used for tuition and books for part-time or full-time students.


Optimist Club of Pensacola Beach Endowed Scholarship

Variable award amounts. Recipient(s) may receive funds for up to two years if pursuing an associate degree or up to four years if pursuing a baccalaureate degree at Pensacola State College. Recipients are ineligible for award renewal should they discontinue continuous enrollment while pursuing a degree. Recipients must be in good academic standing at PSC and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Applicant must submit a 500 word essay on financial literacy and the wise use of credit.

Award amount is variable. Student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or materials required by the course syllabus.


Paul Runge Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,200 per term per student. Scholarship goes to students with string experience and enrolled in music-related A.A. program with preference to those planning to transfer to a four-year institution. Full-time or part-time student must be a resident of Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover registration tuition, fees and/or books.


Peggy Overstreet Lind Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Student must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Pensacola Association of Realtors Robert McColskey Scholarship

Up to $1,200 per semester per student. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given, but not limited to, realtors or dependents of realtors. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Pensacola City Employees Grant Scholarship

Up to $300 per student per term. Student must be enrolled half-time or full-time and have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to Pensacola Police Department employee or dependent. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Pensacola Civic Band Memorial Scholarship

Award amount is $250 for fall and $250 for spring, $500 per year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Student must be enrolled in the PSC band program and perform in the Pensacola Civic Band during the semesters that are funded by the scholarship.

The Pensacola Civic Band Memorial Scholarship may cover tuition, registration fees, and/or books.


Pensacola Federation of Garden Clubs Endowment

Minimum $250 up to maximum $500 per term, per student. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. (Subsequent funding will require a minimum 3.0 GPA). Student must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien, living in Northwest Florida. Must be planning to enroll or enrolled full-time or part-time in a horticulture-related studies program such as Landscape Technology, Environmental Studies or related areas pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate or an award program.

The Pensacola Federation of Garden Clubs Endowment Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Pensacola High School Class of 1959 Endowed Scholarship Fund

Award amount is variable; awarded to one recipient in the Fall semester of each year. Student must have a minimum 3.2 GPA and be enrolled either full-time or part-time. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required by the syllabus. Preference will be given to graduates of Pensacola High School and students involved in community service.


Pensacola Interstate Fair/Vennettozzi Endowed Scholarship

Minimum of $250 to a maximum of $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled on full-time or part-time in health related program of study leading to an award, certificate or associates degree. Student must be a United States citizen and a resident of Escambia or Santa Rosa County. Scholarship will cover tuition fees and/or books.


Pensacola North Rotary Endowed Scholarship

Two scholarships, between $250 and $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need with preference given to a full-time vocational or technical student pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. If student maintains a 2.5 GPA, scholarship is renewable. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference is given to one male and one female student as well as one freshman and one sophomore. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books.


Pensacola North Rotary Phil Harrell Scholarship

Two scholarships of minimum $250 up to $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need with a preference given to a full-time vocational or technical student pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books.


Pensacola Pledge Scholarship

The Pensacola Pledge scholarship is awarded each year to graduating high school seniors that are residents of Escambia or Santa Rosa counties with an annual award of $1,200 per year. This scholarship is made possible by the generous donation from Quint and Rishy Studer to assist local students in their pursuit of higher education. This scholarship is transferable from Pensacola State to UWF.


Pensacola Senior Follies Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to maximum $600. Preference is given to a senior adult 50 or older, who is a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida or an Alabama resident who qualifies for in-state tuition. Must be enrolled half-time or full-time in academic degree-seeking courses only. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Pensacola Seville Sertoma Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 to maximum $600 per term for two academic terms (Fall and Spring). Student must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen living in Northwest Florida. Must be hearing or speech impaired. Must be enrolled part-time or full-time in an associate’s degree, certificate, or award program. In the event the scholarship cannot be awarded to a hearing or speech impaired student, it can be awarded to a student enrolled in a program to assist the hearing or speech impaired or other disability. Scholarship will cover fees, tuition and/or books.


Pensacola State College Academic

A one year academic scholarship is awarded for the fall, spring and summer terms, based on academic merit.

 


Pensacola Women's Alliance Endowed Scholarship

A minimum of $500 per term. Student must be a female resident of Escambia or Santa Rosa County with financial need. Must be enrolled full or part-time pursuing a degree in a professional STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) or business field. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and have earned 30 credit hours. Recipients are required to attend a Pensacola Women's Alliance luncheon. The luncheon is typically held in November.

The Pensacola Women's Alliance Endowed Scholarship covers tuition, fees, and books/materials required by the course syllabi. 


Performing Arts Scholarships General

Award amount is variable. Student must be in a PSC performing group. Student must have a minimum grade point average of 2.0. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Student may be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required by the syllabus.


Peter K. Wallek Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,200 per student. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled full-time. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida with a declared technical major, preferably with engineering aspirations. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books.


PLI Scholarship

Up to two $500 awards for Summer term. Students must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a First Generation student. Student should possess leadership qualities and show interest in and motivation to serve the college or community as demonstrated through work/school/community roles and activities. Must be a United States citizen. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration, fees, or books.


PLSSA and Escambia/SantaRosa Bar Foundation Scholarship

Variable amounts awarded. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in a paralegal/legal program leading to an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship may be used for tuition, fees and/or books.


Professor Lawrence P. (Larry) Gardner Scholarship Fund

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis in the Cosmetology or Barbering program. Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien.

Formerly known as the Universal Transformation Through Education Scholarship, the PTK Transformation Through Education Scholarship was established by PSC Phi Theta Kappa to help victims of human trafficking. Award amount is up to $500 per term as funds allow (students may recieve the award for multiple terms). Student must have a GED or high school diploma. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time in any field of study. 

The PTK Transformation Through Education Scholarship may cover tuition, fees, books, and/or materials required by the syllabi.

R. J. & Nancy Snooks Scholarship


Up to $1,500 for the year. Part-time or full-time student must demonstrate financial need. Must be in good academic standing with PSC or have a minimum 2.0 GPA upon entering. Radiology Technology Scholarship

Up to $1,000 awarded to each individual per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be receiving little or no other means of financial assistance. Awarded to a full-time student in good standing in PSC’s Radiography program. Scholarship may be used for tuition and books.


Randy Grogan Kidd Memorial Endowed Scholarship

$250 scholarship commemorates a deceased art faculty member. Recipient should be an art major, holding a minimum 2.5 GPA. Scholarship may be used for tuition for art classes and supplies on syllabus.

Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference will be given to students pursuing degrees in the health and medical fields. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books.


Robert and Mary Brown Memorial Scholarship

Up to $3,000 per academic year. Student must demonstrate need for supplemental funding and enroll or be enrolled full-time in a health-related program. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students with prior educational or work experience in a health-related field. Scholarship is renewable as long as the criteria are met each term.

The Robert and Mary Brown Memorial Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Robert H. Kahn, Jr. Endowed Scholarship in Business and Management

Maximum $1,200 awarded per semester. Student must demonstrate financial need and be pursuing a certificate, associate, or bachelor degree in Business and Management. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be a United States citizen or resident alien. Scholarship may cover tuition, fees, books, and/or supplies required by the syllabus. Recipients may receive funds for up to four years if pursuing a certificate, associate, or bachelor degree. Preference will be given to First Generation students.


Roche Family EMS Scholarship

Variable award amounts. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in the certificate programs for Emergency Medical or Paramedic. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of Escambia, Santa Rosa or Okaloosa counties in Florida. Preference will be given to: a. Volunteer Fire Fighters b. Employees of the LIFEGUARD or Escambia EMS Services c. Florida residents of Escambia, Santa Rosa, or Okaloosa counties. d. Minimum age of 21. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and materials required by the syllabi.


Ronnie Hill Endowed Scholarship for Veterinary Technology

Minimum $250 up to $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and enroll or be enrolled full-time or part-time in the Veterinary Technology program. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover registration tuition, fees and/or books


Rose and Willie C. Jutson Scholarship

Up to $5,000 over 1 or more years annual scholarship. Students must demonstrate a financial need for supplemental funding and have a 2.0 grade point average. Students may be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis. Preference will be given to African American students. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, materials and/or books.


Ross and Margaret Shiver Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $825. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time pursuing an A.A. or A.S. degree or a certificate program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference is given to dependents of active duty or retired military personnel or retired military personnel. Scholarship will cover books, fees, and tuition.


Rotary Club of Pensacola Endowed Scholarship

Eight students are awarded $1,250 per student annually, $625 for Fall and $625 for Spring. Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. The scholarship award is renewable if criteria is maintained. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Student should be enrolled on a full-time basis, pursuing an Associate degree program or certificate program. Recipient is required to attend up to two Rotary Club of Pensacola meetings.

The Rotary Club of Pensacola Endowed Scholarship may cover tuition, fees, and books/material required by your course syllabi. 

Preference given to those students who show academic promise and have demonstrated financial need, to those who show exceptional academic promise and to students who exhibit the Rotary value of community service. 


Rufus A. Whitmire Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Award is up to $1,000 maximum per student. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and attend or have attended class at the PSC Milton campus.

The Rufus A. Whitmire Memorial Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


Sack 29 Nurses Scholarship

Up to $500 per term for two students. Student must demonstrate financial need be enrolled full-time or part-time in the nursing program. Must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Preference will be given to students with prior educational or work experience in a health-related field who understand the rigors of the nursing curriculum and the nursing field. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Sam Marshall Endowed Scholarship for Visual Arts

Up to $1,500 maximum for the year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be in good academic standing with PSC or have a minimum 2.0 GPA upon entering. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Escambia or Santa Rosa County. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Samuel S. Glorioso Endowed Scholarship

Up to $2,500 per year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in a STEM related program of study with an emphasis on engineering students. Must be in good academic standing or have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen living in Escambia or Santa Rosa County. Funds may be applied to fees, tuition and/or books.


Scholar Athlete

A one academic year scholarship is awarded to Escambia and Santa Rosa high school seniors who were selected by the Pensacola Sports Association committee in April for their outstanding academic and athletic achievements.
 


Sean Thomas Cannon/Lewis Samuel Forester, Jr Endowed Scholarship

Up to $1,500 maximum for the year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled in the LPN or RN program full-time. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be an Escambia or Santa Rosa resident. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or supplies required on the syllabus.


Sharon Kerrigan Nursing Scholarship

Up to $1,500 maximum for the year. Student must demonstrate financial need and must enroll or be enrolled in the registered nursing program. Must demonstrate the academic excellence to successfully complete the two-year program with a minimum 2.5 GPA. First consideration will be given to a female student enrolled full-time. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books.


Sharon Westmoreland - Albert Baggott Memorial Scholarship

Award amount is variable up to $500.00. This is a one-time scholarship. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time at the Milton Campus. Must be pursuing a degree related to math or science and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien.

The Universal - Sharon Westmoreland - Albert Baggott MemorialScholarship may be used to pay tuition, fees, books, and/or supplies required by course(s) syllabi.

Preference for math, math education, chemistry, biology, biology education, nursing, pre-med, forestry, horticulture, agriculture, physics education, agriculture education. Preference for students attending classes at the Milton Campus. 


Shawn Elliott Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate or an award in one of the following: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic, LPN, or RN. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA (GED is acceptable). Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida. Applicant must submit an essay detailing why they chose their field of study as well as their career goals. Scholarship will cover fees, tuition and/or books.


Shelby Family Scholarship


Up to $700 per term. Must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien and a resident of Santa Rosa County. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time, provide a written statement (minimum of 100 words) stating why he/she should be awarded this scholarship and provide a high school transcript. Preference will be given to Milton High School Graduates, Music Majors and/or NJROTC members. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Solutia Scholarship

Up to $1,000 annual award per student. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be enrolled full-time or part-time in the Chemistry or Environmental Science A.A. program and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a U.S, citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, lab fees and/or books.


Sophomore

A one academic year scholarship awarded is to Pensacola State College Sophomores. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 based on 24 completed college credits or 900 clock hours at Pensacola State College. Priority consideration is given to sophomores who were awarded a Pensacola State College scholarship during their freshman year.


South Baldwin County Health Foundation’s Allied Health Profession Scholarship

Award amount variable, will be an annual award whenever applicable. Student must be a resident of Baldwin County. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and enrolled full-time or part-time in a health related program. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required by the syllabus. Additionally, scholarship recipients must sign Recipient Pledge Form agreeing to work in the South Baldwin area for a period of two years following graduation. Recipients must maintain contact with the South Baldwin Health Foundation during their program of study at Pensacola State College and during their required two year employment period following graduation. This scholarship is only awarded to students who agree to meet the conditions and criteria of this scholarship. If conditions and criteria are not met, this scholarship reverts to a loan and recipient must agree to repay the entire amount of the funds used to the South Baldwin Health Foundation.


Springfest, Inc. Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books.


SSGT. Darris Dawson Scholarship Fund

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time. Student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. *Preference will be given to African American students who demonstrate financial need.

The SSGT. Darris Dawson Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and any supplies required by the syllabus.


Stephen Rouse Memorial Scholarship

Minimum $200 up to $250 for fall and spring terms for one student. Deserving full-time or part-time student, 18-25 years old, majoring in a degree leading to law enforcement and committed to a career in law enforcement. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be of good character and reflect the goals and ambitions of Stephen Rouse who was a state trooper killed while on duty. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, and/or books.


Student Ambassador Program Scholarship

Student Ambassadors will serve as the official host and hostesses of Pensacola State College, representing the college at campus visits and tours, commencements, alumni and foundation activities, and general recruiting initiatives. The Pensacola State College Student Ambassador program is an opportunity for students to develop leadership and communication skills, while conveying Pensacola State College’smission of “maximizing educational opportunities that develop the academic, career, personal, and aesthetic capabilities of individuals for the benefit of themselves and the global community.”
 


Suburban West Rotary Club Scholarship Endowment

Award amount is $250 - $500 per student, per semester. Award is not renewable; however, students can receive this award in multiple terms if eligibility is maintained. Student must demonstrate a need for supplemental funding. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and enroll or be enrolled in a program of study in a degree or certificate program. Student may be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis. Must be a resident of Escambia County, Florida.

Preference is given to:
  1. Interact students
  2. Rotary-sponsored youth activities
  3. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)
  4. Responsible Accountable Youth (RAY) Program.
  5. Members or clients of the Boys & Girls Club of Pensacola

Sunny Brown Scholarship

Award amount variable. Scholarship goes to a deserving full-time or part-time student living in Escambia or Santa Rosa County, with a minimum 2.5 grade point average, taking courses in biology, forestry, agriculture or related disciplines, which involve continued studies in the conservation and preservation of wild bird life in North America.

The Sunny Brown Scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, and/or books.


Synovus Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $500 up to maximum $1,000 per semester. Student must be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Northwest Florida or South Alabama. Scholarship will cover tuition fees and books. *Preference will be given to bank employees, their children or spouses, or other individuals pursuing a career in commercial banking or finance.


T. T. Wentworth, Jr. Endowment Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $600 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time studying history, sociology, anthropology, or geography. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be a Northwest Florida resident. This is a non-renewable scholarship. Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition and/or books.


TA Wilkinson Endowed Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in a degree-seeking program. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Preference will be given to a graduate of Pensacola Catholic High School. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and books.


Tan Summerlin Memorial Scholarship

Award amount: variable. Must be a member of the PSC Pirates Softball Team. Scholarship covers tuition, fees and/or books.


The Aubrey Mullings Endowed Scholarship Fund

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in a Photography Program. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required by the syllabus. Recipient should have a portfolio with 10-15 examples photographs, matted or appropriately presented (frames not required), or as sheet of 35mm slides, or both.


The Barfield Family Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and must be enrolled full-time or part-time and seeking a degree in the Biological sciences or Dental program. Must have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Must be a United States citizen and resident of Escambia, Santa Rosa or Walton County. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and/or supplies required by the syllabus.


The Butterfield-Williams Nursing Scholarship

Awarded to one student annually in the amount of $2,500. Student must be a single parent demonstrating financial need. Must be enrolled full-time in the Nursing, RN-AS program and have a minimun 3.0 GPA. Must be a United State citizen or resident alien.

The Butterfield-Williams Nursing Scholarship will pay for tuition, fees, books, and/or supplies required by the syllabus.


The Dona and Milton Usry Endowed Accounting Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Student must be enrolled full-time or part-time and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA in an accounting program or a business field of study with an emphasis on accounting. Scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, books, and/or materials required by the syllabi. Preference will be given to students pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.


The Kyle Alden Lowrey Memorial Endowed Scholarship

$500 awarded to one student each year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time seeking an associate degree. Must have a 3.0 GPA. Applicants must complete an essay describing:

"What historical figure, living or dead, do you draw inspiration from and why? How do you plan to pass along this inspiration to the world around you?"

NOTE: This individual could be a politician, musician, artist, writer, poet, scientist, ... The only requirement is that the person is someone who has been recognized as having made some contribution to our world.


The Margie and Alan Moore Endowed Scholarship

Award is variable as funds allow, up to $500 per student per semester and $750 per year in most cases. If students have unmet needs, an additional $500 per year may be awarded. Student must demonstrate a financial need for supplemental funidng. Student may be enrolled in any degree or certificate program. Student may be enrolled full-time or part-time.

The Margie and Alan Moore Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books, and materials required by the syllabi. 

Preference must be given to Pace Center for Girls students or graduates of the Pace Center for Girls program. If no Pace Center for Girls applicants are received, then the scholarship should be awarded to other students who have financial need. 
 




The Pen Air Federal Credit Union Scholarship Endowment

Award amount is variable with a maximum amount of $500. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled part-time or full-time. Student must have a 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Recipients may receive funds for up to two years if pursuing an associate degree or up to four years if pursing a baccalaureate degree.
Recipient must attend a scholarship award meeting with the donor. 
 
The Pen Air Federal Credit Union Scholarship Endowment covers tuition, fees, and required books/materials on course syllabi. 


The Pensacola State College Alumni Scholarship Endowment

Award amount is variable up to a maximum of $500. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis in a program of study at PSC. Student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Recipient may receive funds for up to two years if pursuing an associate degree or up to four years if pursuing a baccalaureate degree. Scholarship may cover tuition, or fees, or books or supplies required by the syllabus.


Theresa Gail May Scholarship

One $4,000 scholarship per student. Graduates of Gulf Breeze, Central, Jay, Locklin Vocational, Milton, Navarre, Pace, and Santa Rosa high schools should demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be a resident of Santa Rosa County and a senior graduating from one of the high schools listed above. Should possess leadership qualities as demonstrated in high school or in the community.

The Theresa Gail May Scholarship cover tuition, fees and/or books.


Tom Rainey Memorial Scholarship

Award amount is variable. The student is to be a local graduate and former member of a golf team from a high school in Pensacola State’s service district, a good student, good citizen and must be deserving. Must have/maintain a 2.0 GPA and be progressing towards a degree. This scholarship was established in the memory of Lt. Tom Rainey, USMC a Pensacola State alum killed in Vietnam.


Tommy T. Halfhill Scholarship

Award minimum is $500 twice per year. Full-time or part-time student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a Florida resident in good standing with the college. Student must be enrolled in the Commercial Vehicle Driving program or, failing to receive applicants, can be awarded to students enrolled in any college credit, certificate, or vocational credit program within the Engineering Technology Department.

The Tommy T. Halfhill Scholarship can be used for tuition, fees, books, and or supplies required by the program.


Tommy Thompson Memorial Scholarship

Minimum $250. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate or an award program. Must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in zip codes 32507, 36561, or 36542. Preference is given to students 21 years of age or older. Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition and/or books.


Toyoko Tracy Endowed Scholarship

Minimum $250 up to $1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be pursuing an associate’s degree, certificate, or an award program. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition and/or books


Two Plus Two (2+2) University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Science

A Two Plus Two (2+2) scholarship enables high school students from Escambia and Santa Rosa counties to receive a two year scholarship to attend Pensacola State College and a two year scholarship to the University of Florida - Institute of Food and Agricultural Science. A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 must be maintained throughout the academic year. Student must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits each Fall and Spring terms. 

 


Universal - Baptist Health Care EMS/EMT Scholarship

Five $1,000 scholarships per year for students who have financial need. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and be enrolled full or part-time in the EMS or EMT program. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Funds may be used to cover tuition, fees, books, and supplies required by the syllabus. 

Baptist Hospital will host scholarship recipients on campus during the fall semester. Students should be interested in this opportunity for a behind the scenes tour of Baptist Hospital if they accept this award.


Universal - The Norman Hostetler Memorial Scholarship

This fund has been established to futher the education of the public in the fields of gardening, horiticulture, botany, floral design, landscape design, and environmental awareness through the conservation of natural resources, civic beautification, nature studies, marine science and to instill in our youth the love of gardening and the respect for and protection of the environment.

Award amount is variable with a minimum of $500 to a maximum of $1,000 per academic year. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled full-time or part-time in Marine Science, Horticulture Science, or a closely related field of study at PSC. Students must be of impeccable character demonstrated by volunteer service and proactiveness in community, school, and/or extracurricular activities involving agriculture, natural resource conservation, and/or agronomy. Scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, and/or books.
 


Universal - Welding

Up to $1,500 maximum for the year. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be in good academic standing with PSC or have a minimum 2.0 GPA upon entering. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition, registration fees and/or books.


Universal Scholarship - Sansing Scholars

Award is up to $2,000 maximum for the academic year. Must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must have a 2.0 GPA and be a resident of Escambia or Santa Rosa County. Recipient is required to attend The Universal Scholarship - Sansing Scholars Annual Luncheon that typically takes place in the Fall on the Pensacola State College Campus. 

The Universal Scholarship - Sansing Scholars Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books.

Up to $1,500 maximum for the year. Student must demonstrate financial need. Must be in good academic standing with PSC or have a minimum 2.0 GPA upon entering. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien.

Minimum $250 up to $600. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time and enroll or be enrolled in a general program of studies leading to an associates degree. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books


VIC Progressive Regional Scholarship

Award amount is variable. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time in a degree seeking program of study. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Recipient may receive funds for two years if student maintains a 3.0 GPA in all college level courses. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien. Preference will be given to active members of the VIC Progressive Region. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books and supplies required by the syllabus.

Victoria Snowdon Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Award is up to $600 per year. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in Performing Arts. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Escambia, Santa Rosa or Okaloosa County.

The Victoria Snowdon Memorial Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books.


Vivian A. Huber Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Up to $500 per applicant, per term. Student must student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien living in Northwest Florida. Preference given to a female LPN who is pursuing a RN degree. If there is no qualified LPN candidate in any one year, the scholarship may be awarded to a female applicant pursuing an RN degree who otherwise meets the requirements. Scholarship will cover registration fees, tuition, books and supplies, including uniforms where applicable.


Voiture 1571 of the 40 & 8 Endowed Scholarship

Award is up to $500 for up to 20 eligible nursing students. Students must have completed one term of nursing courses. Awards are competitive with consideration of other financial aid sources. Student must be a United States citizen or resident alien. May be enrolled full-time or half-time. Recipient will meet and thank donor in-person at the Nursing Pinning Ceremony graduation. 

The Voiture 1571 of the 40 & 8 Endowed Scholarship will cover tuition, fees, and/or books. 


Wilder-Freeman-Kennington Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Variable amounts awarded up to a maximum of $1,200 for tuition and up to $500 for books. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or part-time in any field of study. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Scholarship will cover tuition and books. 


Wiley Workman, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

Up to $875. Health care student must have a minimum 2.0 GPA after at least one successful term in the program. Scholarship covers tuition, fees, books and required supplies.


Wilton Wiggins Memorial Scholarship

Award amount $300. Full-time or part-time student residing in South Santa Rosa County and graduated from a South Santa Rosa County High School. Must maintain a 3.0 GPA. Scholarship may be used for tuition, fees and/or books.


Worley Endowment

Award of one three-credit hour class per student. Must demonstrate financial need. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled full-time or part-time. Must be a Santa Rosa County resident who possesses leadership qualities as demonstrated in high school or in the community. Scholarship will cover tuition, fees and/or books.
